
Ingredients for Vegetable Fritters
Batter Mix (Part A):
1 1/2 cups wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp anchovy powder
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 chicken egg
Mix all ingredients until well combined
Vegetable Mix (Part B):
1 cup cabbage - finely sliced
1 cup carrot - julienned
1 cup spring onion + Chinese celery - chopped
1 large onion - thinly sliced
1 green chili - finely sliced
Combine all ingredients except water. Mix well.
2 cups water (adjust for desired consistency)
Cooking oil for frying
Cooking Instructions
1. Combine Part A and Part B mixtures
2. Stir until well blended
3. Add water gradually to form thick batter
4. Let batter rest for 10-15 minutes before frying
5. Heat oil and fry until golden crispy
6. Drain on paper towels
7. Serve hot with chili sauce or soy-chili dip
